I am moving from my current office into another one in the next few weeks and I am looking for a therapist to take over my spot by March 1st the latest. I LOVE the space but am leaving it so my commute is more convenient to home.

- Base rent: $785/month (includes weekly cleaning service and utilities)
- In addition I also chose to pay the landlord $35/month for internet and $45/month for a landline through their service provider (8x8). These fees are optional for those not interested in having a separate landline or who want to use another wifi service. I just write one check and all together it amounts to $865.
There is a lovely waiting room, conference room, kitchen, shared printer/copier/scanner/fax machine and restrooms in the suite. There are about 5 other clinicians in the suite and one aesthetician.
By the way the landlords are great! If you ever need a lightbulb changed, etc., they are very responsive.
I signed a 3-year lease that started on 11/1/2015 to October 31, 2018, so about another year and seven months remain on this lease, then you would of course have the option to renew.
