The successful candidate will provide private counseling as well as have the chance to supervise practicum students, facilitate workshops and direct programs, and offer community outreach and education. The clinical aspect of this role will have a primary focus on relationship work, but there is potential to work with individuals, families, partners, and groups. We are seeking candidates who would like a turn-key experience with their clinical practice, a sense of belonging, and are committed and willing to stay for several years.
The successful candidate will have passion, energy, and ambition in developing a strong reputation and presence not only in the Austin community but all over Texas as a highly effective relationship counselor. Focus will be on relationship work with opportunities for individual, group, and relationship education as adjunct experiences. Our goal is not only to help you get your hours for licensure but to develop highly trained and effective relationship counselors with a strong presence and professional reputation.
The ideal candidate will be independent, ambitious, and creative who is interested in a long term position and willing to learn and grow in depth, skills, and knowledge. High preference for candidates with personal and professional experience with diversity and previous experience in relationship and and group therapy,.
