    Presentation summary

    The presentation covers what the Austin Police Department's Crisis Intervention Team (CIT) does, and how we operate. It goes over our partnerships in the community. Also, it covers what the emergency detention is and the legal aspects of it. We discuss what happens when you call 911 for someone in a mental health crisis, and how we get help to people.
