    Presentation Summary

    Join the Austin AMFT in collaboration with the Austin Therapists of Color Community for a panel discussion which will allow several clinicians who self-identify as a person of Color to share their personal experience and provide guidance on how our therapist community can be an ally to POC clients and therapists. 


    Learning Objectives

    1. Discuss addressing culture, race, ethnicity, and intersectionality in counseling. 

    2. Recognize POC Client experiences/challenges/barriers/needs/strengths

    3. Recognize POC Therapist experiences/challenges/needs/strengths
