      BIOGRAPHY

      William is a professional counselor with 15+ years of experience. He works with creatives, techies, and people who feel like life is out of alignment, and specializes in autism spectrum disorder (ASD, previously known as Asperger's) and ADHD. He particularly enjoys helping people to develop new chapters in their lives after relationships end, and helping people understand anxiety. He thinks of what he does as helping clients deepen their emotional intelligence. William’s style is warm, humanistic, and solution-focused in his approach to helping people overcome obstacles. He has completed Level Two of Gottman training, basic training of Interpersonal Neurobiology (accessing neural networks), advanced training in ADHD, EMDR trained (supervised by Rick Levinson), mindfulness, and Autism Spectrum Disorder. He is the founder of Just Mind and the Austin Mental Health Group, which has more than 2,400 therapists as members.
