TRAINING & EDUCATIONAL SCHOLARSHIPS

Austin AMFT is pleased to offer scholarship opportunities! These scholarships are available to Austin-area clinicians and students who need financial assistance to pursue advanced training in couples and family therapy.

Goals of the Austin AMFT Scholarship Program

  1. Offer financial assistance to those who wish to enhance their understanding of the practice of couples and family therapy

  2. Enable therapists to access educational training to further the practice of Marriage and Family Therapy in the Austin community

  3. Promote clinical systemic thinking and distinguish the field of Marriage & Family Therapy as unique and beneficial to the greater Austin community

  4. Foster an environment that appreciates and values an increasingly diverse therapist community

2026 Imago Clinical Training Scholarship 


Austin AMFT is excited to offer a Flash Scholarship for one prepaid seat to the Imago Clinical Training Module 1, generously donated to support access to advanced clinical training for our community.

This scholarship is intended to reduce financial barriers and expand access to high-quality relational training for clinicians.


Training Details

Training: Imago Clinical Training Module 1
Dates: February 19–22, 2026
Time: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM daily

Location: YMCA, 1000 W Rundberg Ln, Austin, TX


    Scholarship Award

    One full prepaid seat
    Non-transferable

    No cash value

    The scholarship recipient will be notified by February 7, 2026.


    Selection Process

    Applications will be reviewed by Austin AMFT. One recipient will be selected. Submission of an application does not guarantee an award.

    Austin AMFT reserves the right to close applications early if a suitable candidate is identified.

    The scholarship covers registration only; travel, lodging, and meals are the responsibility of the recipient
