    MEET & GREET

    Austin AMFT welcomes you to join us for a meet and greet event to help LMFT & LPC Associates (and students within their final 2 semesters of practicum) connect with potential supervisors!


    Who:      LPC & LMFT Supervisors + Associates & Counseling Students

    When:    Saturday, April 6, 2024 | 10am -12pm

                    

    Where:   Austin Center for Grief and Loss

                    2413 Greenlawn Pkwy

                    Austin, TX 78757

    Fee:        Associates & Students | FREE

                    Supervisors | $15 for AAMFT Members & $30 for Non-members


    EVENT SCHEDULE

    10am - 10:15am

    Welcome & Instructions about Meet & Greet

    10:15am - 12pm

    "Speed-Dating" Rounds (10-12 min to talk with each supervisor)



    Students/Associates will receive the following info for each supervisor prior to the event:

    1. What is your orientation/approach to therapy?

    2. What client populations or issues do you specialize in?

    3. What style do you use in supervision? Group vs individual?

    4. What are your expectations of associates?

    5. What unique qualities do you bring into your supervision?

    6. How long have you been in practice? Supervising?

    7. Which license(s) do you supervise? Are you dual licensed?

    8. How much do you charge per session or per week/month? Does that include emergency consultations?
